Defra FMP Consultation

Defra has today launched a consultation on the next round of draft Fisheries Management Plans (FMPs), which includes their national Cockle FMP. They are also consulting with stakeholders on proposed extensions to the statutory deadlines for future FMPs in development, as well as some technical changes to the national FMP programme.
